What you’ll do
- Accept delivery trips from the SNEL Pro app and pick up parcels on time.
- Verify each pickup and handover with the in-app OTP.
- Keep parcels secure and handle them with care in transit.
- Keep location sharing on during a trip so customers can track their delivery.
What you need
- 18 years or older, with a valid Indian driving licence.
- Your own two-wheeler, EV cargo vehicle, or mini truck with valid registration and insurance.
- A smartphone with a working data connection.
- Aadhaar or another government ID and a bank account for payouts.
You don’t need any of these to register — the form only asks for your name, number and city.

No. Registration, onboarding and the SNEL Pro app are free. There is no joining fee, no deposit and no charge for verification. If anyone asks you to pay to become a SNEL delivery partner, it is not us — please report it to help@withsnel.com.
To complete onboarding you'll need a valid driving licence, your vehicle's registration certificate and insurance, a government ID such as Aadhaar or PAN, and bank account details for payouts. You don't need any of these to register — the form only asks for your name, number and city.
Bikes and scooters for documents and parcels up to about 20kg, EV cargo vehicles for larger loads, and mini or large trucks for bulk movements. You choose what you drive when you register.
Payouts are designed to settle weekly to your registered bank account, with a trip-level breakdown in the SNEL Pro app. Exact rates and payout days are confirmed during onboarding in your city.
